Build Times

At Scenic Builders we have a 16 week Build Time once Council Approvals are completed and when house build schedule is completed.

We achieve this by using experienced tradesman and contractors as well as good management practices and our expertise in how building of a home works.

We understand the excitement of building a new home and also the practical side of having to pay rent and storage costs, or a mortgage, so we work hard to get the job done one time.
